I realize I’m a couple days late on this, but I just read how Robert Allenby was ripping in to Anthony Kim and his “late night activities”. Apparently Kim, no stranger to the bar scene, had some late nights during the President’s Cup. Allenby accused him of coming in at 4:00 a.m. the day of his match against him. Regardless, Kim still crushed him… hungover and sleep deprived and all. Smells like sour grapes on Allenby’s part? If I were him, wouldn’t you just keep your mouth shut, after you just got destroyed by a guy on 3 hours sleep and reaking of booze?
AK is young, 24, he’s probably got way too much money and time on his hands for someone that age. I can’t say I wouldn’t necessarily be doing the same thing. However, I don’t think anyone wants to see him go down the Daly path though. Those pschedelic Zoomba pants wouldn’t look good on Kim, or anybody for that matter.
The kid has a ton of talent, even though he had an off year. Lets just hope some of the veterans on tour mentor him a little bit and reign him in.
