To me, the British Open is always a bit of a crapshoot. It involves many players from other tours and countries that we aren’t familiar with here in the U.S., and many those players play links style courses very well. It rarely seems to be the favorites who ultimately take home the Claret Jug. Who saw Darren Clarke coming out of nowhere last year and winning? How about Ben Curtis? An unknown Louis Oosthuizen? Todd Hamilton in 2004?

That being said, many of the world’s top players seem to have their games rounded in to form. Tiger looks like he is ready to win another Major. Donald and Westwood are still gunning for their first.

That all being said, out of the top players below, who do you think will have a better finish this week at Royal Lytham & St. Annes Golf Club?
