Newly crowned PGA Tour Player of the Year Rory McIlroy has reportedly purchased a permanent residence in Palm Beach, Florida, to the tune of $10.9 million. McIlroy made over $14 million playing on both the PGA and European Tours this year, and with a rumored $200 million upcoming deal with Nike, I think he’s got it covered.
With recently putting his Northern Ireland home on the market for $3.24 million back in September, all signs point to the 23 year old making the US a more permanent place to call home.
The new Palm Beach house is over 10,000 square feet and features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a gym, pool, and of course a putting green. The home is also right next to The Bear Club, where Rory is a member.
